  In "Gardening in the Shade, including under trees" we will define the different types of shade since all shade is not created equal.  What is the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly type of shade?

We will discuss wet shade as opposed to dry shade and look at photos of the different plant types for all of these conditions.  We will also talk about what can be planted under trees and, most importantly, what types of trees are best suited for such plantings including planting under Black Walnut trees.  A handout listing the plants for shade and under trees will be included.
